THE DONIC EPOX SYSTEM: EACH WOOD IS UNIQUE
For the woods in the EPOX series, the veneers are glued together with an adhesive film made of epoxy resin. The veneers are pressed under pressure and heat so that the epoxy film liquefies and bonds everything firmly.
For the middle layer and the intermediate layers, only veneers from one piece are used and no veneer pieces are placed next to each other. This means that only one piece of wood is made from each pressed panel - this creates high-quality, unique pieces.
The special bonding technique gives the blades a special rigidity, which leads to increased dynamics and excellent control values ​​and eliminates unpleasant vibrations.
The edges at the transition from the handle to the blade are carefully rounded. This makes the blades particularly comfortable to hold and makes it easier to change grip.

All DONIC EPOX blades are manufactured using FINELINE technology, meaning they have edge protection all around. Due to their thin outer veneers, these blades are also very light.
