Yes, you are welcome to come to our shop at Hollandstrasse 12, 1020 Vienna, during our opening hours, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 12 noon or 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We look forward to seeing you.
Yes, but for sales reasons we are only allowed to offer BUTTERFLY products in our Go Sports Shop on Hollandstrasse, but not in our Go Sports webshop (except for clearance items).
Yes, there are two options: either you come directly to our Go Sports Shop (please note that this will take 15-20 minutes) or you specify the racket assembly when you place your order. Please tell us which rubber should be glued to which side of the wood (forehand and backhand), price per side 3 euros.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. The reason: the factory uses a simple adhesive and the rubbers are difficult to remove. We use a special adhesive for our rackets that allows you to remove the worn-out rubbers and replace them. You can either do this yourself or we can do it for you. Please note that this will take 15-20 minutes.
We can also offer you a printing service for Donic clothing, other brands on request.
For orders over €90, delivery within Austria is free of charge. For orders under €90, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6. Excluded from this are large devices such as tables or robots; these are charged separately or are visible when selecting the product.
By law, we are obliged to exchange goods in their original packaging (e.g. rubbers must not be opened). Exceptions are rackets that we have glued; unfortunately, we cannot take these back.
If you want to return a product, it must be in its original condition - i.e. unopened. Simply send us an email to office@gosports.at within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will tell you how you can return the product to us. The costs of the return are borne by the customer.
Items that are immediately available are delivered within 1 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday) with GLS parcel delivery. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day will be considered the delivery date. You can find the exact delivery time for your desired item directly on the product page, so that you can always see approximately when the delivery will arrive. We will inform you immediately of any delays in delivery. If an item is temporarily out of stock or not immediately available, this will be shown on the respective product page and the delivery time will be adjusted accordingly. For the delivery of tables and certain large appliances, delivery is made by a shipping company after prior coordination.
